Must have a Class A CDL with 1 year CDL experience
No more than three (3) moving
violations in the past thirty-six (36)
months
No more than two (2) minor preventable accidents in the past thirty-six (36) months
No major accident, (Roll-over, Jackknife, Hit Bridge, Sideswipe, Rear-End) in past thirty-six
(36) months (will review overall driving record)
No more than one (1) major violation (Unsafe Lane Change, Excessive Speed, or Following Too
Close, Reckless or Careless Driving) in the past thirty-six (36) months
No felony convictions in the past ten (10) years
No DUI/DWI in the past five (5) years
No drug/alcohol positive or refusals while employed as a CMV driver
Must possess a valid medical card and long form physical or be able to pass DOT physical &
pre-employment drug screen
