About Us
USA Freight Inc. was established with a goal of providing shippers with comprehensive and superior logistics services. The owner Tamara decided she no longer wanted to be one of many followers in transportation but rather to set an industry standard.
While her goal may have been a simple one, we believe, as famed French poet Antoine Marie Jean-Baptiste Roger said: “A goal without a plan is just a wish.”
To achieve our goal, we strengthened areas where others fail.
COMMUNICATION
It is important for a healthy relationship. Clear and uninterrupted communication in a form of a 24/7 365 availability helps us put our customers at ease. The one point of contact for all services offered ties it all together. We have live GPS monitoring on all our vehicles. Perhaps most importantly we communicate any issues to our customer and promptly deal with the situation. This open communication policy has earned us lasting and trusting relationships with our drivers and our customers.
PLANNING
A successful operation requires diligent planning. Our processes follow ISO 9001 2015 guidelines and our operations team is constantly evaluating our processes to improve customer satisfaction. We plan for the best, prepare for the worst, and deliver excellence. This philosophy is what keeps us atop of customer satisfaction surveys. Planning staff and training them to follow.
